Well it's been a while but I'm back. School has been crazy is gonna get worse, though I only have 8 more days of classes, then finals. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, so I'm looking forward to a day of eating/watching football. It looks like we'll be having turkey as the main course and not "Turducken." In case you haven't heard of it, Turducken is a turkey stuffed with chicken stuffed with duck. It's been on the news lately. I'm not a vegetarian or anything, but can't they just leave things the way they are? That's such an American idea; we just have to make everything bigger and better, don't we? What was wrong with turkey stuffed with stuffing? What's next, lobster stuffed with steak? Cornish hen stuffed with veal stuffed with pork? I'm sure they're coming, until we can find something to achieve an instantaneous heart attack. Happy Thanksgiving.

What a crazy week: a)the Republicans will have a majority in the Senate now--God help us. b)2 people with the plague came to NY, and they likely got it in New Mexico. Yet another reason to not have the olympics here: we have to worry about the health of people coming from New Mexico. Imagine regular Mexico. c) Winona Ryder found guilty of trying to steal designer clothes. Boo hoo.

Well New York just got chosen as the US Olympic host city pick for 2012. Now we have to go up against some international cities and they won't pick the host for another 3 years. I hope we don't get it, because that would just suck for everyone who lives here. The city's gonna be a mess and it's gonna cost way too much. Not to mention it's like asking for a bombing. Essentially, we'll be giving al queada a 2-for-1 deal.
